Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase.

Eligibility for Return:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. - Final sale items, underwear, and gift cards are non-returnable.

Return Process:
1. Email us at support@wellnessandathletics.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll provide a return authorization and instructions.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Exchanges:
We offer exchanges for a different size or color (if available). Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

Refunds:
Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@wellnessandathletics.com with a photo of the issue. We’ll resolve it promptly.

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping:

- Free Shipping on all U.S. orders over $75
- Expedited Shipping options available at checkout

International Shipping:
We ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Customs duties and taxes may apply.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have not received your tracking info within 5 business days, please contact us.
